Oona, a Miniature Dachshund, was a regular on the Concorde. “Her favorite people in the world were the Air France flight attendants on the New York – Paris run,” says her parent Suzanne Mitchell, holding the then three-year-old pooch. “They did, in fact, treat her better than most of the other passengers and she was always provided special meals. Truffled scrambled eggs was high on Oona’s list of in-flight dining!”
Sadly, neither Oona nor the Concorde are with us any longer but Suzanne has fond memories of both.
